About

Hi, I’m Katie Reines, MS, RD.

I’m a registered dietitian with a Master’s in Human Nutrition, providing personalized, evidence-based nutrition care for individuals looking to support their health, navigate complex conditions, and improve long-term wellbeing.

My work is rooted in both clinical experience and a deep respect for the individuality of each person I work with. I support clients across a wide range of goals; from improving digestion and building strength later in life, to optimizing pre and postnatal nutrition, to working alongside individuals navigating serious or chronic conditions.

My areas of focus include longevity and cancer support, women’s health across the lifespan, and autoimmune conditions. I approach each of these with a personalized, science-backed framework that prioritizes sustainability, clarity, and real-life application.

I spent five years at Dr. Longo’s Create Cures Foundation, where I worked with individuals focused on longevity as well as those facing advanced and terminal illness. That experience profoundly shaped my perspective on nutrition- not simply as a tool for disease prevention, but as a meaningful way to support quality of life at every stage.

In 2021, I authored the Heart Disease Cookbook designed to make therapeutic nutrition practical, approachable, and genuinely enjoyable.

My approach is both clinical and deeply human. I help you make sense of often overwhelming or conflicting nutrition information and translate it into a plan that feels clear, realistic, and tailored to your life.

I believe in meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you’re seeking proactive support for long-term health, navigating a diagnosis, or working toward specific goals like improving digestion or maintaining strength as you age, we work together to create an approach that is effective and sustainable.

My perspective is also shaped by my own experience living with multiple sclerosis. I am currently thriving treatment-free, and that journey has given me a firsthand understanding of what it means to live with uncertainty, to advocate for your health, and to build trust in your body. It’s an experience that informs how I show up for my clients: with empathy, honesty, and deep respect for each individual path.

This work is not about perfection. It’s about creating a strong, supportive foundation for your health. One that allows you to feel better, function well, and live fully.

I’d be honored to support you in that process.
